All-But Instant Ice Cream

Saw another version of this in a newsletter (but it had ads) and thought: This is the perfect companion to the cake-in-a-mug recipe.

I’ve seen plastic balls you fill with ice cream custard, then toss and roll around for ten minutes or so, which seems like a fun thing to do at a summer party, but this–while not so nifty–requires no fancy equiptment.
